The Blossom Avenue is an urban planning and architecture company specializing in the design of innovative, sustainable and urban regeneration development buildings.
Blossom studio is focused on the life quality strictly connected with the living spaces: "for better human living".
In fact, even the smallest element is conceived and designed in harmony with a complex and integrated system, of which the individual is its core. TBA multidisciplinary team has the skills to develop all phases of the design process: urban planning, engineering, the definition of spaces and interior architecture. Founded in 2005 by architect Marco Facchinetti, the studio also operates internationally with offices in Milan and New York.

MARCO FACCHINETTI
Marco Facchinetti is an architect and assistant professor of urban planning at Politecnico di Milano, Department of Architecture and Planning and visiting professor at State University of New York at Albany. During his studies he has been involved in national and international researches programs, publishing of books and articles and workshops. He is actively involved in many important processes of planning for urban regeneration and urban development projects, providing a new way to see urban transformations, as occasions to redevelop parts of cities, investing in urban form and in the quality of urban spaces.
PARTNER
MARCO DELLAVALLE
Marco Dellavalle is an urban planner with a specific attitude for development and urban transformations. He took his degree at Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis published some months later. As one of the most influential urban planners in Italy, he works as a city manager for many municipalities in the area of Milan. Marco is managing urban development and living standards and helping to coordinate public expenses for these cities, as well as to solicitate private investments according to the growth perspectives that he plans together with the municipalities.

LUCA DE STEFANI
Luca De Stefani is a Senior Architect Partner of The Blossom Avenue. During and after his studies in Civil Architecture, he worked in several architecture and urban design studios in Milano’s area, developing architectural practical and theoretical skills. From 2009, he is working at The Blossom Avenue, being involved in housing, commercial and logistic design, urban development implementation plans, architectural feasibility studies and construction management.
