The Blossom Avenue Partners regards privacy as a fundamental value and endeavours to process data fairly, lawfully, and transparently, always protecting confidentiality and rights in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and other applicable data protection provisions.

CONTITULARITY

Pursuant to Art. 26 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 we inform you that there is an agreement between The Blossom Avenue Partners and The Blossom Avenue Management srl for the commitment to:

  • Jointly determining the purposes and means of processing the Personal Data of data subjects

  • Determine jointly, in a clear and transparent manner, the procedures for providing you with timely feedback should you wish to exercise your data subject rights as set out in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. 2016/679: to exercise the rights, identified in the dedicated paragraph

  • Define this information jointly in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679.

This agreement entails the possibility for the co-owner to access the data. The provision of the essential elements of the agreement is a targeted obligation, i.e. commensurate with the type of data subjects to whom the processing relates: the information can be found in the relevant section of the site or can be requested by e-mail at the address given at the end of this document.

The Blossom Avenue Partners informs that the purposes for which the data are processed are related to the selection of professional collaborations through the evaluation of the applications submitted here.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

Common personal and identification data (name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, place of birth, educational qualification;

Data contained within the curriculum vitae;

LEGAL BASIS

The processing of the data of the data subject is based on the existence of a pre-contractual or statutory obligation and is exclusively aimed at achieving the following purposes:

  1. To manage and evaluate the application submitted with a view to a possible placement as a co-worker therein expressly included to contact the applicant and to fix and manage an interview, thus following up a specific request;

  2. In fulfilment of legal obligations arising from the law or from national and/or EU regulations, as well as from provisions issued by competent authorities and bodies.

    The provision of data for the purposes set out in point 1 above is purely optional. However, since such processing is necessary to enable the assessment of the request in connection with the submission of an application for the open positions referred to in the Work with us section, failure to provide such data, in part or inexactly, will make it impossible, as the case may be, to manage and implement the selection procedure.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

Without prejudice to communications carried out in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to authorised categories of recipients and/or internal and external data processors identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions regarding data processing have been provided:

The categories of third parties to whom we may pass on your data are:

companies, consultants or professionals who may be entrusted with the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of the site's hardware and software;

  • to professionals and legal and tax advisers of the Company, who will process them as external data processors.

RETENTION PERIOD

The data retention period is:

  • Staff selection: data will be processed for as long as necessary for the selection

  • In the case of contractual collaboration , throughout the duration of the existing contract and for the period required by the relevant regulations .

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the national legislation in force, the data subject may, in the manner and within the limits provided for by the legislation in force, exercise the following rights:

  •  request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (right of access of the data subject - Art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016);

  • know its origin;

  • receive intelligible communication;

  • obtain information on the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;

  • request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected (right of rectification and deletion - Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation 679/2016);

  • right to restrict and/or object to the processing of data concerning him/her (Art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016);

  • right of revocation;

  • right to data portability (Art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016);

  • in cases of consent-based processing, receive their data provided to the data controller in a structured, machine-readable form and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (data subject's right of access - Art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016).
