The Blossom Avenue Partners participated in MIPIM 2025, the world’s premier real estate event, held in Cannes from March 11 to 14.

At the Roma Capitale stand, we presented Pescaccio, an urban regeneration project developed by Cave Nuove for Aareal Bank AG. The project embodies our commitment to designing sustainable, integrated, and human-centered environments.

Pescaccio reflects a strategic and forward-looking approach to urban development, where architecture, infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and social impact converge in a coherent vision. Designed as a catalyst for transformation in Rome’s urban landscape, the project integrates residential, commercial, and public spaces into a flexible, mixed-use environment that prioritizes community, accessibility, and resilience.

The regeneration plan promotes the reuse of underutilized land through sustainable practices, including energy-efficient buildings, green mobility solutions, and expansive public realms. With a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship and social inclusiveness, Pescaccio aims to become a model for responsible urban transformation in Italy and beyond.

MIPIM provided an ideal international platform to showcase this vision, facilitating conversations with policymakers, investors, and fellow designers around the future of our cities. The enthusiastic reception to Pescaccio affirmed the relevance of our design philosophy: one rooted in innovation, sensitivity to context, and long-term value creation.

Our involvement in the event strengthened connections with global partners and offered critical insights into emerging urban trends, from climate-adaptive infrastructure to the redefinition of the live-work paradigm in post-pandemic cities.
